I take pictures of Washington, D.C.--sights known and unknown. I post a photo or two a day at D.C. Confidential. This is my overflow site, because I can't decide which pictures to post and I want to post them all. Obviously, I never quite grasped the concept of quality over quantity.

I really like the overflow! Heavy on the metal - just can't get enough with 1 or 2 shots. The circular ironwork is esp. interesting.
Thanks, Tash! I had a hard time deciding, but the red doors ended up being the most obvious choice for this month's CDPB theme. Although, the copper pots was in the running there for a while...
I like these at least as much as your 'official' daily shots. ;-). I understand why it's difficult to choose.
I love photographing around DC but I can't seem to find the time, even though I live just past the suburbs in Frederick County and work in Rockville.
Great shots! If you don't do this for a living, you should.

Middletown Daily Photo
wow! superb compositions!
Bernie: Thanks! I hear you about getting out and about to photograph stuff in D.C. Even though I live in the city, I have to think about traffic and the best time of day to ply my hobby. And then there are the place in the 'burbs and exburbs I'd like to visit and photograph, but with the high price of gas there's no way. Anyway--thanks for your compliments. You're among several folks who've suggested I should take a stab at selling my work.
Magic Eye: Thank you!
I really like the stairs with the circle decorations. I also like the rack photo.
LV2SCPBK: Thanks! I like that photo and the copper pots one, too!
